Sundarika Bartika was established in the year 1982 as an affiliated unit of All India Child and Juvenile Welfare Association – “ Sab Payechhir Asar”
The focus of Sundarika Bartika’s work has always rural minorities and Tribal area- to fight against all sorts of oppression and set out on a journey with three goals: (1).Human Resource Development (2).Socio-economic Development. (3) Conservation of Natural Resource and Environment
We are affiliated to NYKS-Nehru Yuva Kendra (South 24 Parganas) Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India. Sundarika Bartika also has got FCRA registration [ Govt. of India ] in 1990, and Income Tax registration u/s 12-A & 80-G in 1995.

To eradicate rural darkness as well as problems i.e. Illiteracy, Poverty, Unhealthy, Population, Superstition evils, ets. We have burned the auspicious lamp ‘Sundarika Bartika’.
Its not over yet
We are also running Non formal education centers for the migrant and other backward class children at Falta SEZ and Bricks kiln area.
For better and continuing education for migrant and other backward class children we started a Formal Free Primary School ( Sundarika Bartika Vivekananda Vidya Mandir).
